With second round playoff exits for both the men and ladies Ashe County sqauds Thursday night, two historic seasons have come to an end. Twenty-three wins for the guys are the most ever for the Ashe, while the Lady Huskies tied their win total from last year with twenty-two for the most wins in a single season.
Watching these games through camera lens all season has turned me into a bigger fan of these players than ever before, seeing the determination and raw emotion they put into each game show through in the photos I've taken. It's why I think high school sports will always be my favorite to cover.
